On The Palate: Bold richness and elegance mingle with layers of dark fruit, notes of tobacco and warm spice.
Pairs With: Grilled chorizo sausage, Mushroom burgers and Aged cheddar

On The Palate: Zesty citrus bursts with crisp green apple and juicy peach.
Pairs With: Grilled shrimp with garlic and lemon, Goat cheese salad with citrus vinaigrette and Feta cheese

On The Palate: The finish is long, savoury, and satisfying, unfolding slowly with lingering notes of earth and spice.
Pairs With: Grilled beef swewers with chimichurri, Stuffed peppers and "Manchego" (sheeps milk cheese- I had to look it up)

CABERNET-MATARO-MERLOT- CHILE. (Oak 5, Body 5, Dryness 0, Alc/Vol: 14%)
On The Palate: Dark fruit dominates while subtle spice emerges with hints of cracked black pepper and dried herbs.
Pairs With: Grilled beef swewers with chimichurri, Stuffed peppers and "Manchego" (sheeps milk cheese- I had to look it up)
